About the Willifords

If you were to ask Craig his life’s mission, he’d say “I love leading an organization to soar.” In retirement now, he may tweak that a bit by emphasizing that he and Carolyn focus more on helping leaders to soar.

Prior experiences as a CEO, COO, Chief of Staff, Divisional Head and pastor have prepared Craig for a variety of situations, and he and Carolyn are eager to work with today’s leaders.
